Delivery

• We aim to complete and ship all UK Stock Range items within 10 days where possible, and usually earlier.
• All bespoke Made To Order ranges are subject to a 4 week manufacturing lead-time from order approval. Upon order arrival into the warehouse and despatch to final destination this usually takes an additional week.
• Customers will receive confirmation by email once the order has been shipped.
• Once shipped, delivery is usually next day using our preferred courier service

If there are any delays to deliveries this is usually due to matters outside of our control and in these unusual circumstances we will inform you at the time we receive notification of any delay.
